Be careful what you wish for.

Another piece from the glorious subreddit that is Malicious Compliance. This one is fairly straight forward. Boss harasses employee. Employee threatens to sue. Employee sues. Employee wins.

Sometimes things work out just as they should. As you'll read, the boss of an upscale fast-food restaurant (Applebees, etc...) decides to harass a female worker regarding her leggings.

First and foremost. There are much bigger issues managers should be dealing with than leggings. Secondly, what are we doing here? Genuinely, I'm asking? This boss has the gall to not only harass this woman about her clothing, but then double down on his 'sue me' comment.

I'll never understand how people like this become managers of other humans. It's scary. But luckily the hero of this story actually follows through. The female employee sues the company and guess what. SHE WINS. I'll let the employee tell her story, because it's totally worth the read.
